A collection of videos, audio recordings, dharma lectures, books and lecture transcripts that explain in details how to live, practice and evolve spiritually from the current stage of consciousness to the altruistic consciousness. There are even video of exercises that you can follow to gain more strength and positive energy, building the foundation for spiritual practice, enhancing the capacity to change view on our life and our relationships, enabling us to be helpful and serve better the community.
